What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and nurture relationships across a portfolio of strategic customers
- Partner with customers to identify strategic goals and co-create impact plans with success metrics
- Execute all phases of the customer journey, ensuring value through deployment strategies and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic account plans and manage renewals
- Analyze customer usage to drive targeted campaigns for enhanced engagement and product adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a SaaS-based Customer Success or Account Management role
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise-level accounts and driving customer success
- Proven ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
- Strong customer-centric approach and advocacy for customer needs
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
