What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage approximately 100 customers, ensuring their success and subscription renewals
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and waste management strategies
- Recommend best practices, training, and feature utilization to maximize customer success
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to represent customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Several years of experience in Customer Success or the waste management sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and project management skills
- Ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience in a SaaS industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Customer Success is preferred
- Knowledge of waste management industry practices, including collection systems and diversion programs
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and confidence as a trusted advisor
- A passion for sustainability and helping others succeed
