What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and customer advocacy
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing GRC subject-matter expertise and product advice
- Develop long-term success plans and foster executive alignment with customers
- Track customer health scores and proactively engage with customers needing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications, particularly the Risk Cloud platform
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively

- Experience in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts
- A drive to learn and understand customer challenges and how to address them with solutions
- Familiarity with GRC market trends and developments
