      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their adoption and overall success journey
      - Drive customer retention by understanding client goals and delivering tailored solutions
      - Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product feedback sessions with clients
      - Collaborate with customers on continuous optimization efforts and configuration changes
      - Work closely with Sales on expansion opportunities and assist with contract negotiations and renewals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working in a SaaS organization
      - Background in Account Management or Customer Success
      - Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of directly related experience
      - Working knowledge of the vacation rental or short-term rental industries
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive-level clients
