      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build strategic relationships with C-level and clinical stakeholders to align Immuware with their organizational health and compliance goals
      - Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
      - Develop customized success plans and monitor product adoption and return on investment (ROI)
      - Serve as the "Voice of the Customer," translating feedback into actionable insights for product improvement
      - Manage complex customer challenges by coordinating with Support and Engineering to resolve high-stakes issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, managing large, complex enterprise accounts
      - Proven ability to influence and align C-level executives and senior organizational leaders
      - Track record of driving revenue through renewals and expansion opportunities
      - Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills for explaining complex concepts
      - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot) and Customer Success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Healthcare SaaS or Compliance Technology is a major plus
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
