- Serve as the primary point of contact for medication-related inquiries, including dose, strength, and administration instructions.
- Triage and assess questions to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely responses.
- Coordinate directly with prescribing provider groups and pharmacy partners to verify prescriptions and confirm appropriate dosing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between prescribed instructions and patient understanding.
- Escalate complex medication or safety concerns to licensed clinicians when appropriate.
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to improve the overall patient experience.
- Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to leadership to strengthen workflows and patient education materials.
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmacy, clinical care, or a related medical field.
- Medical training required (Pharmacy Technician, RN, or similar background).
- Comfortable discussing medication dosing and administration details with clarity and confidence.
- Strong analytical thinker who can interpret engagement data and identify patterns.
- Excellent communicator who can balance empathy with operational precision.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Believes no task is too small - and no challenge is too big.
Bask is seeking a Customer Success team member with a clinical or pharmacy background to support medication-related operations and ensure patients receive accurate, timely guidance. In this role, you'll act as a critical bridge between patients, providers, and pharmacy partners; helping maintain clarity, compliance, and a seamless care experience.
This position is ideal for someone with medical training who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving telehealth environment.
