      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inbound and outbound call support in both English and French to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
      - Monitor live trips and manage disruptions, communicating updates to customers and drivers
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer experiences
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ticketing system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in both English and French
      - 1-2 years of customer service or logistics coordination experience, preferably in transportation or hospitality
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      - Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a transportation or logistics environment
      - Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Previous exposure to customer relationship management tools
      - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems
