What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging cybersecurity training programs for employees
- Manage and analyze phishing awareness programs, including the creation of monthly phishing simulations
- Collaborate with business units to tailor training content to specific risks and roles
- Lead efforts to support and optimize operational functions of cybersecurity solutions
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in security operations or incident response
- Experience with large-scale incident response, GRC programs, or red/blue team initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of security principles, techniques, and implementations across multiple cybersecurity domains
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications (e.g., OSCP, GIAC, CISSP) highly preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs
