What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present the employer's latest offers and services
- Achieve sales targets within the Direct to Consumer segment
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Facilitate the transition of customers to the employer's services
- Maintain the employer's reputation for bold and innovative service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer engagement and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certifications
- Experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings to potential customers
- Advanced negotiation skills
