What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review incoming Grievance and Appeals documents for completeness, legibility, and relevance
- Accurately identify and assign the correct Line of Business (LOB) based on client and regulatory definitions
- Determine and classify the dispute type according to client-specific guidelines
- Access multiple client systems and portals to retrieve and validate member information
- Participate in quality audits, training updates, and process improvement initiatives as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy, and security requirements
- Strong ability to follow client-specific workflows and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or data entry role within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in accessing and navigating multiple client systems and portals
