      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review incoming Grievance and Appeals documents for completeness and relevance
      - Accurately identify and assign the correct Line of Business (LOB) based on client and regulatory definitions
      - Determine and classify dispute types following client-specific guidelines
      - Access multiple client systems to retrieve and validate member information
      - Adhere to HIPAA and data privacy requirements when handling protected health information (PHI)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and missing information
      - Strong organizational skills to meet established productivity and quality standards
      - Ability to follow client-specific workflows and standard operating procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data entry or customer service in a healthcare-related field
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy practices
      - Familiarity with client systems and portals used in healthcare services
