      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and maintain data file management systems for accurate storage and retrieval of critical records
      - Develop and enforce policies and procedures for data management, including security safeguards
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for records management
      - Assist in preparing reports and presentations, including data analysis and visualization
      - Provide training and guidance to employees on proper records management procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active DoD Secret Clearance
      - U.S. Citizenship
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
      - Proficiency in data entry and data file management, including Microsoft Office products

      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying complex information
      - Ability to quickly learn new functional skills and adapt to changing priorities
      - Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and advanced functions of Microsoft Office products
