Collaborate effectively with others.
Work with proposal response team to interpret customer defined or implied requirements against our solutions and delivery capabilities
Engage with customer stakeholders and others to validate service requirements, consider solution options, and identify service integration requirements
Work with global delivery teams, including offshore acceleration centers and third parties to confirm resource availability to meet solution requirements
Identify all support costs and populate cost models accurately for full visibility of costs related to transitioning and delivering the service over the contract term
Identify and mitigate solution risks
Support sales activity in presenting our solution approach and methods to customer stakeholder groups (discovery sessions and orals)
Develop and maintain solution estimation tools
Gather standard content from multiple sources to provide input to RFI/RFP response documents
Update/maintain repository of standard content response samples for future reference
Numerical Analysis: Comfortable working with estimating, costing and working with pricing models. Demonstrates strong analytical skills, ability to analyze customer provided data
Communication Skills: Demonstrates a structured and clear approach to written and oral communication. Able to communicate potentially complex solutions to less technical people and to clients.
Team Player: Proven ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution.
Deals with Ambiguity: Able to define solutions even when all the required information is not available. Documents reasonable assumptions as needed.
Time Management: Works in an organized manner with an ability to balance multiple pursuits/projects. Able to complete tasks according to deadlines.

Good experience with proposal activities like RFI/RFP analysis and delivery, RAID analysis, resource and effort estimation.
Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development and writing processes, drive business development activities, develop point of view and contribute to overall thought leadership
Provide strategic direction across the account / project to deliver a superior client experience.
Support the engagement team in managing engagement risk and project economics
Adopting and developing assets and products, usually technology enabled, to accelerate business development and delivery
Prepare, review, and ensure engagement deliverables meet PwC and client quality expectations
Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

15 ~ 20 years of experience of Oracle Applications/Fusion Cloud Applications.
Strong experience in development in Oracle Cloud Technical
Full lifecycle ERP Projects / Delivery Management experience across industries like Manufacturing, Banking, Infrastructure and so on.
Project Management experience in a consulting / IT Services environment.
Prior experience as Project Lead / Manager is a must.
Strong Release Management skills to manage the release process.
Strong experience in Oracle Cloud implementation with good command on Apex programming, Triggers, Configurations, SOAP Services and REST API Services.
Exposure to data analytics and reporting is definitely advantageous.
Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
Having knowledge on up to date trending technologies in the market.
Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures and ability to guide the team where necessary.
High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of different Modules like Finance, SCM, HCM, OTL and other 3rd party custom tools.
Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA’s and KPI’s.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong people and team management experience.
