What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across SEO, paid search, paid social, and organic channels
- Plan, write, and optimize content that attracts and engages the target audience
- Manage and grow the employer's organic social presence, ensuring consistent narratives across channels
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic
- Report on performance metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or content-led growth, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
- Strong command of SEO, paid search, paid social, and analytics tools such as Google Ads and HubSpot
- Proven track record of building awareness engines and driving engagement through creative strategies
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a keen sense of tone and audience
- Ability to manage multiple marketing levers and demonstrate an understanding of acquisition economics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bonus experience with PR, media, or influencer outreach to extend brand reach beyond owned channels
