What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead targeted recruitment efforts in your assigned territory
- Create a recruitment list of out-of-network dentists to contract with the employer's Preferred Network
- Oversee and manage relationships with dental providers
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate with various departments, including Sales, Client Services, and Finance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in network recruitment, dental practice management, or dental office
- Proficient in CRM/Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in network recruitment or dental practice management
- Familiarity with Dental PPO and HMO plans
- Strong negotiation skills
