What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead live training for new agents on dental eligibility, claims, and professional communication.
- Test trainee readiness using real-life situations and accuracy checks.
- Review trainee work for accuracy and compliance, providing timely feedback.
- Create and update training videos, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Collaborate closely with HR, QA Supervisors, and Operations to align training with production needs.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong dental billing knowledge.
- Proven ability to teach and lead live training sessions.
- High focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Effective coaching and feedback skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with training systems and dental software.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Background in coaching or developing high-performing teams.
