What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of data collection and verification for Services Management metrics
- Provide guidance on the use of technologies and analytics for the Collection Services Bureau (CSB) staff
- Recommend program changes and improvements for debt collection processes and software applications
- Coordinate with other agencies and staff to facilitate program initiatives
- Design and maintain documentation related to Services Management metrics and quality assurance reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
- Ability to work onsite in Michigan on designated days
- Knowledge of departmental programs and services relevant to the position
- Experience with data analytics tools and technology methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with specific Treasury applications such as SAP, GenTax, or SIGMA
- Experience utilizing Excel and other data analytics tools for job assignments
- Proven track record of resolving and communicating complex issues effectively
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize job assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Additional certifications or training in data analytics or related fields
