      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, revise, and interpret policies for the Children's Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) program
      - Analyze and communicate the impact of Medicaid policy changes to relevant stakeholders
      - Serve as a liaison to other programs regarding Medicaid and public health policies
      - Train CSHCS staff and local health departments on policy matters and updates
      - Research and create policy briefs related to state and federal legislation affecting health care services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
      - Experience interpreting complex policy information
      - Knowledge and experience working with the Medicaid Provider Manual or similar policy documents
      - Familiarity with the challenges faced by children with special health care needs and their families
