- High School Diploma or GED and technical training
- Two (2) years of personal computer troubleshooting and problem resolution or field and remote technical support experience
- Relevant college course work and certifications
- Previous experience with Regions or financial banking software
- Certified Help Desk Professional (CHDP)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
- Proficient in current Windows operating system, web browsers, ServiceNow, Active Directory, PCOMM, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and Microsoft/O365
Desktop Services Help Desk Representative I

Desktop Services Help Desk Representative applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist internal users.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identifies, investigates, and researches user questions and problems as well as recognizes, researches, isolates and resolves information systems problems
Answers incoming calls and inputs information into the ticket tracking software
Refers more complex problems to Level II analyst
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
