      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support fundraising efforts to achieve revenue goals for the local area
      - Plan and execute fundraising events, including logistics and donor cultivation activities
      - Promote MADD's events and awareness campaigns through various media channels
      - Build relationships with local businesses, corporate sponsors, foundations, and donors
      - Track fundraising activities and sponsorship engagement using Salesforce or other tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Some experience or exposure to fundraising, event coordination, donor relations, or communications
      - Strong networking and relationship-building skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in nonprofit development or fundraising
      - Familiarity with social media management and content creation
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
      - Experience in community outreach or public speaking engagements
