What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver sales training programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and industry trends
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on diagnostic imaging solutions, including features, benefits, and clinical use cases
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales representatives
- Provide one-on-one coaching, including ride-alongs and real-time feedback during customer engagements
- Assess training effectiveness and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree in sales training or enablement, ideally within medical devices or healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Healthcare, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Strong organizational, coaching, communication, and presentation abilities
- Experience using or administering a learning management system (LMS) preferred
- Willingness to travel 30% or more nationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging technologies and healthcare sales environments
- Preference to live near a major airport or Cleveland (not required)
