What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a lucrative book of business by introducing innovative recruitment solutions to top-tier Pharma brands and CROs
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within Pharma and CRO accounts
- Manage and expand your sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline for revenue attainment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience, including 2 or more years of proven digital media sales success (clinical research/pharma preferred)
- Experience selling digital media solutions to achieve client goals
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Office, and Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex, highly regulated sales cycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in solution/value-based selling
- Experience with healthcare or similar highly regulated clients (pharma/patient recruitment experience preferred)
