What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Originate consumer loans, including home equity loans and lines of credit, through proactive outreach and inbound calls
- Meet specific loan volume origination goals established annually
- Identify lending solutions tailored to the needs of new and existing clients
- Engage customers in the loan application process using digital tools
- Maintain post-closing follow-up connections with customers to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of retail banking experience or a combination of lending/credit experience and relevant training
- Ability to complete National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration as required by the S.A.F.E. Act
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
