      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and develop new business prospects for Property and Casualty insurance and F&I products within the automotive sector
      - Attend automotive industry events to promote sales and marketing initiatives
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, utilizing various communication channels
      - Manage and grow assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets
      - Collaborate with field team members to implement programs and strengthen customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of sales experience, or completion of a Zurich-approved Apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree (no prior sales experience required)
      - Ability to obtain insurance sales licenses where required
      - Minimum of 4+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred
      - Strong understanding of direct sales principles and closing techniques
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with insurance industry regulations
      - Current insurance sales licenses (where required) or the ability to be licensed
      - Experience with financial statement analysis
