Job Description

- Build annual strategies and plans to meet growth objectives for the assigned portfolio
- Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing tactics and activations using both above and below the line marketing, from briefing through measurement
- Define go-to-market strategies for new products, developing marketing and promotional programs to drive demand
- Develop and recommend investment priorities against growth objectives
- Collaborate with commercial team and agency partners to deliver marketing budgets and ROI
- Own portfolio P&L – assess performance, propose action to capitalize on opportunities, and lead corrective action to mitigate risk
- Drive Strategic Portfolio Management that strengthens base business through package, product, and/or claims updates
- Manage the day-to-day needs of the portfolio
- Collaborate with regional and global Marketing partners to uncover innovation opportunities
- Track & report on business results and key drivers of performance
- Develop deep understanding of consumers, customers, competitors, portfolio, and channels to inform marketing strategies
- Monitor market trends & competitive activity and recommend actions as necessary to ensure achievement of revenue & commercial goals
- Partner with Consumer Insights team and leverage suite of resources to mine data and convert findings into actionable insights
- Develop marketing personnel through coaching, appropriate supervision, and feedback
- Inspire and lead a team of cross-functional partners to deliver brand and financial commitments

- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA Preferred
- 8+ years of relevant experience

- Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

The Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for developing and driving execution of annual plans that drive profitable growth of assigned portfolio. You’ll lead short and long-term strategy, develop best-in-class consumer & HCP centric marketing strategies, and ensure delivery of annual financial targets. You will oversee the day-to-day business while coaching and developing a Brand Manager.

Compensation:
The current range for this role based out of Aliso Viejo, CA is $137,880/yr. - $164,790/yr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Health and Wellness:
A minimum of two workdays per week are to be conducted at the Aliso Viejo Office (25 Enterprise, Aliso Viejo, CA). The remaining workdays may be conducted from a remote location.
