      Burkwood Treatment Center is seeking a Business Development Director to expand and strengthen our network of referral sources. This role is ideal for a driven professional passionate about connecting individuals struggling with substance use to high-quality residential care.       Key Responsibilities:

      • Oversee the admissions department, ensuring a seamless, efficient intake process for individuals seeking treatment.
      • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

      • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize the admissions process and improving patient experience.

      • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand outreach and increase referrals.

      • Educate the community and professionals on our treatment programs, services, and success stories.

      • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track referral activity and measure effectiveness.

      • Plan and attend networking events, educational forums, and professional gatherings.

      • Travel regularly within the community to establish and nurture strong partnerships.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, social services, or a related field (required).

      • 2+ years of experience in business development, or marketing (preferably in behavioral health, healthcare, or addiction treatment).

      • Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

      • Veterans Administration experience (preferred).

      • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
