      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and pursue Charter and Group Sales opportunities, executing presentations, proposals, and contracts
      - Develop and implement annual sales plans for the Charter and Group Sales market
      - Manage a team, including training, development, and performance management
      - Foster relationships with Group houses and corporations to drive charter sales
      - Oversee administrative functions, including budget management and CRM oversight

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the travel/hospitality industry
      - Strong sales expertise in presenting luxury products
      - Proven leadership and people management skills
      - Experience with budget management and sales data analysis
      - Exceptional communication and public speaking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in meetings and incentives luxury hotel or cruise sales
      - Skills in developing new or startup operations
      - Proficiency in developing processes and performance management tools
      - Strong organization and time management abilities
      - Ability to identify and overcome sales objections
