      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead key HR functions including benefits administration, compensation strategy, and compliance
      - Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce strategy and HR systems
      - Oversee HRIS optimization and leverage data analytics for decision-making
      - Manage leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and workplace safety programs
      - Mentor HR and talent acquisition teams to enhance employee experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (HR certification preferred)
      - Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
      - Deep knowledge of California labor law and HR compliance
      - Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems
      - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
