The Director of Human Resources leads the delivery of comprehensive system-wide strategic HR support for the medical group. This director partners with executive level business leaders to design, develop and implement talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, career development, and compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and processes. This role reports directly to and works closely with the CHRO, and is a designated member of the HR Leadership team. This role works closely with HR system leaders in areas such as Compensation, Benefits and Talent Acquisition to ensure system strategies are incorporated and executed appropriately. This role focuses on strategic project implementation, and serves as a first-line point of contact for senior leadership. This role provides executive level coaching, and addresses high priority, sensitive issues as needed. This role interprets both business and HR metrics critical to driving results, and ensures their recommendations and work deliverables appropriately align.

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• Master's preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience required.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SPHR, Project Management, etc. preferred.
• Requires prior management experience in a complex, matrix organization.
• Requires experience in leading the design, development, and execution of large scale human resource programs.
• Requires experience working with complex compensation systems and structures.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and understanding of several functional areas of Human Resources.
• Requires experience handling highly complex, challenging situations requiring exemplary professional judgment and diplomacy
• Requires experience coaching and developing diverse groups and all levels of professionals.
• Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws(e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).About the company
