      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with regional brokers, consultants, and employers within the assigned territory
      - Present to employers, brokers, and consultants to educate them on the company's health and care experience platform
      - Negotiate successfully with prospects, brokers, and consultants to close high-value deals
      - Facilitate client transition to Implementation and Account Services after a sale
      - Provide marketplace intelligence and participate in relevant community and industry organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions related to healthcare or SaaS
      - Proven ability to navigate organizational structures and build relationships with senior executives
      - Demonstrated track record of developing an organic pipeline through prospecting
      - Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to executives
      - Bachelor's degree and strong aptitude with business software tools and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
      - Established relationships with employers, consultants, brokers, and TPAs in the territory
      - Exceptional negotiation skills for complex contract discussions
      - Ability to forecast revenue accurately
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
