- Own top line sales and expense responsibility for the Eastern US region
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies
- Transform corporate vision into actionable plans that deliver results
- Lead a network of independent rep firms to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across vertical markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with national accounts like Mood and AVI-SPL
- Create and expand networks of influential consultants and architects
- Cultivate relationships with owners and operators in target verticals
- Coach and mentor industry-leading rep firms to elevate our combined sales performance
- Drive technical and sales training initiatives across the region
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and engineering teams
- Build a culture of excellence and accountability
- Industry Expertise: 10+ years in Pro Audio/AV sales or management
- Rep Firm Relationship Experience: Proven track record of working with leading rep firms
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Technical field
- Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of driving sales team success
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth plans
- Relationship Builder: Expert at cultivating partnerships at all levels
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of professional audio solutions
- Exceeded regional revenue targets through strategic channel development
- Established Sonance as the preferred solution across key vertical markets
- Built strong relationships with major accounts and industry influencers
- Developed a high-performing sales network that consistently delivers results
- 50-75% travel throughout the Eastern region
- Regular participation in trade shows and key customer meetings
- Remote work flexibility with strong field presence
- Direct reporting to Vice President of Sonance Professional
