      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales representatives to ensure they meet quotas and key performance indicators
      - Oversee adherence to sales processes, including the use of discovery and proposal decks
      - Train sales personnel through daily role-playing exercises
      - Conduct call shadowing and review recorded calls for additional training
      - Review calls for all non-closed deals of qualified prospects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a sales manager with proven and documented success
      - Experience managing inbound and outbound sales teams
      - Proven ability to build out sales processes; experience with HubSpot is a plus
      - Must have managed a sales team of at least 6+ sales closers
      - Experience selling intangible services and managing teams that sold recurring revenue on 12-month contracts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B small business services
      - Digital marketing and/or coaching sales experience
      - Active learner with a focus on personal and professional improvement
