      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Costco and BJ's to drive revenue, market share, and profitability
      - Build and nurture deep, strategic relationships with Costco and BJ's buyers and stakeholders
      - Collaborate internally on customer-specific requirements, including advertising initiatives and merchandising expectations
      - Lead broker relationships, setting performance expectations and monitoring outcomes
      - Utilize data and insights to influence internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in CPG sales, with at least 3 years of experience in club/wholesale channels (Costco, BJ's)
      - Proven track record of growing large accounts and driving incremental revenue and profit
      - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in syndicated data, POS, and shopper insights
      - Advanced negotiation and communication skills with executive presence
      - Bachelor's degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling into Costco is required
      - Experience managing teams and indirect partners (brokers, distributors)
      - Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for driving business growth
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environment
