What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage sales targets and KPIs to achieve team sales and revenue goals
- Lead the recruitment, training, and motivation of the Sales Development and Inside Sales team
- Create and implement strategies to enhance lead conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities in the sales tech stack for forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute events and programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in media sales at an enterprise level
- 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving quotas
- Strong knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
- Experience building and leading a successful business development and Inside Sales team
- Ability to work with senior-level executives and manage complex sales negotiations

- In-depth knowledge of the media industry
- Experience in business development with both new and existing customers
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and make informed decisions
- Ability to adapt messaging and style based on customer needs and feedback
- Proven track record of building rapport with customers quickly
