What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within designated territories or market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to drive long-term business success
- Track sales performance and generate reports on individual and team results, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and sales initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business operations
- 2+ years of experience managing HCM Account Executives
- Proficient in CRM software
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in a virtual environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with major account payroll, HR, time and attendance solutions, and large, complex organizations
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Experience managing and motivating a sales team, with a focus on individual and team performance development
