      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Streamline operational processes to expedite the sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of talent for SaaS and Tech clients
      - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for Retained, Contingent, and Staff Augmentation clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
      - Develop and execute account management strategies to drive client retention, expansion, and growth
      - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions to support their talent acquisition and business development objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of successful experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing
      - Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent
      - Strong understanding of the SaaS and Tech industry landscape
      - Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and mentoring recruiting teams
      - Deep knowledge of recruitment technologies, platforms, and tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with SaaS and Tech startups
      - Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams
