What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with dealers to enhance revenue, market share, and owner loyalty
- Analyze market data to develop tailored plans for dealers
- Facilitate training on product and process to support sales plans
- Drive improvements in customer experience aligned with Mazda Premium standards
- Ensure dealer compliance with MNAO policies and assist with operational concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2 or more years in a process improvement or consulting role
- 3 plus years in a demonstrated leadership position
- Valid driver's license for state of residence
- Strong business acumen in dealership operations and knowledge of financial statement analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training or certification in consulting, coaching, influencing, or negotiation
- Experience with automotive technology and dealership sales methods
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and internet applications
