What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer accounts and ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee complex accounts and grow the existing customer base
- Document and communicate service findings after customer visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Metallurgy, or Applied Science preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in specialty chemical industry account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
- Willingness to complete the employer's field training program
