What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various projects
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise during the filing process
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and processes
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous data entry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with legal documentation and processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
