What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, appointment scheduling, and conflict resolution for clients
- Manage client inboxes, draft correspondence, and handle communication efficiently
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itinerary planning
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and report creation
- Support personal tasks, including scheduling appointments and overseeing household operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, with C-suite experience being a plus
- At least 6 months of prior experience as a remote assistant
- Proven experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or fast-paced executives
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Fully equipped home office with reliable internet, a computer, and a phone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as an Independent Contractor
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho
- Knowledge of expense tools such as QuickBooks or Expensify
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or WordPress
