What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead on-site maintenance, repair, inspection, and life-extension service activities at customer facilities
- Provide day-to-day direction, supervision, and coaching to local and remote team members
- Manage production priorities, material flow, and resource planning to meet turnaround and delivery commitments
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact, addressing issues and driving resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of site activities with broader program objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced experience in Services and On-Site Services
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness and ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
