      Our last-mile delivery service partners (DSPs) are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to make sure deliveries large and small get to where they need to be. AMXLs team of Key Account Managers (KAM) assist and guide our DSP business owners as they build and grow successful last mile package delivery businesses within AMXL The KAMs will work alongside OTR managers in areas of dual purpose related to transition of responsibility of execution of planning and DSP capability. As trusted advisors, KAMs work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level; influence their business planning and strategy; and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success, whilst working to deliver quality.
      KAMs will collaborate frequently with a wide array of integrated internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Legal, fleet and network health to name a few. KAMs support DSP owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level. They facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and build two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs and WW/EU Product and strategy.
      The role is field based and requires a significant level of travel as well as requiring flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands.





      Key job responsibilities
      Support last-mile delivery partners across the UK or Europe to meet compliance requirements and prepare routes
      Hold regular meetings with partners
      Resolve partner pain points
      Use data to understand partner performance and support improvements
      A degree
      Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment
      Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and in the local language
      Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

      Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution
      Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
      A bachelor’s, master’s or advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering or supply chain and logistics
