What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a business consultant, providing tactical and strategic support to Entrepreneurial Agents (EAs)
- Assist EAs in developing and implementing agency business goals and ensure agent productivity and growth
- Conduct training assessments and develop training programs to enhance agent performance
- Monitor agency activities, prepare reports, and make strategic recommendations for improvement
- Support new agency openings and assist with critical business development activities post-launch
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a valid State Driver's license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in insurance sales leadership and/or agent development
- Ability to attain and maintain appropriate State Property & Casualty licenses
- In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, as well as sales techniques and delivery systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in motivating growth or rehabilitation of existing agencies
- Proven track record of building business relationships within a sales environment
- Strong organizational, planning, time management, and administrative skills
- Familiarity with conducting needs assessments and process improvement reviews
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for management
