What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support multi-channel advertising strategy to grow product awareness and sales
- Monitor and analyze advertising campaigns on Amazon and other eCommerce sites daily
- Manage existing campaigns and propose new strategies for improvement
- Conduct keyword research and perform A/B testing on various ad strategies
- Collaborate with Merchandising departments on new product launches and promotional strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital campaign marketing, preferably with Amazon advertising
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to learn and use retail media multi-channel marketing platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with database software (SQL preferred)
- Familiarity with BI software and various computer applications for word processing and spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to juggle competing tasks and meet deadlines
