What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for eCommerce strategies
- Monitor and report on eCommerce sales, traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates
- Coordinate and maintain eCommerce promotions, tracking their effectiveness and reporting results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and present findings to stakeholders
- Work independently with large datasets to identify key insights and trends that drive growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an eCommerce or Financial Analyst or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or a combination of education and experience
- Expert-level Excel skills, including managing and analyzing large data sets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Sigma Computing
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Amazon reporting (Vendor and Seller Central)
- Familiarity with eCommerce marketing platforms and web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Comfort with financial measurements and calculations like Gross Profit and Revenue
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
