What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a member of the Ecommerce Department, providing support to all areas

- Resolve customer complaints and process returns
- Upload products onto the website with well-written descriptions
- Communicate with other departments and supervisors as needed
- Maintain department policies and procedures
- Support the Internal Audit department in improving company processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrate winning Customer Service techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of company products and customization services
- Effective and efficient communication skills
- Previous Ecommerce and/or Customer Service experience helpful but not required
- Familiarity with Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and Photoshop helpful but not required
