      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive editorial support for research publication development, including structural editing, copyediting, and proofreading
      - Collaborate with the Communications and research teams to enhance editing processes and resources
      - Assist the Publications Manager in managing the production process from peer review to final publication
      - Edit in-house materials with quick turnaround, such as blogs, fact sheets, and newsletters
      - Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all publications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; familiarity with the field of education is a plus
      - At least 3 years of experience in editing; familiarity with APA Style is a plus
      - Proficiency with editing tools in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
      - Exceptional attention to detail to produce high-quality work
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
