What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project planning and implementation for various educational interventions
- Develop and enhance educational materials in collaboration with faculty
- Track and analyze operational data to ensure quality and effectiveness of educational programs
- Facilitate communication and coordination among participants, faculty, and stakeholders
- Support grant development and reporting, including writing and proofreading applications and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health-related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or with project support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in educational program development or management
- Familiarity with technology and digital tools for education delivery
- Previous involvement in grant writing or reporting processes
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and challenges faced by underserved communities
