      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a Newcomers program to support the whole child
      - Provide targeted coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals to enhance support for English Learners
      - Oversee the administration of ELPAC and lead data analysis for site leaders
      - Manage the ELD Program at each school site and develop programs for Long Term English Learners (LTELs)
      - Complete compliance paperwork for Title III and other ELD grant funds

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Three years of successful teaching or pupil services experience, including one year of ELD instruction
      - Strong understanding of educational theories, pedagogical practices, and curriculum development frameworks
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Teaching credential and CLAD, BCLAD, SDAIE certification is desirable
      - Bilingual/Bi-literate in English/Spanish is desirable
      - Knowledge of public education and the charter school movement
      - Previous experience in charter schools is preferred
