What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and schedule emails in HubSpot for campaigns, sequences, and follow-ups
- Prepare and format email lists, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy before sending
- Track email performance metrics and compile post-send insights
- Edit and proofread a variety of marketing assets, including email copy and landing pages
- Monitor and organize replies from marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a content, email, or operations-focused role
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; fluent-level English is required
- Comfort using tools like HubSpot, Google Docs, and spreadsheets (or similar platforms)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Available to work East Coast hours, with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones when needed

- Interest in technology, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools
- Familiarity with email performance metrics
